SMS/text messages from Arches Network

Arches Network is a 12-week founder mastermind. Optional SMS is sent to enrolled cohort members for meeting reminders, cohort updates, and event schedule changes. SMS is not required to create an account. Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week.

How you opt in

SMS consent is a separate, unchecked checkbox. You can complete sign-up without opting in to texts.

Open the public Create Account form (or, if you already have an account, Communication Settings).
Optionally enter your mobile phone number. Phone is required only if you want SMS.
Actively check the SMS consent checkbox (it is not pre-selected and is not required). The checkbox states: “I agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Arches Network about your cohort, including meeting reminders, cohort updates, and event schedule changes. Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
Create your account (or, in Communication Settings, submit using “Yes, sign me up for SMS”).

Agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy does not enroll you in SMS.

Help and opt-out

Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of creating an account.

Privacy and terms

Privacy Policy — includes our statement that we do not share mobile numbers for third-party marketing, message frequency, and “Msg & data rates may apply.”
Terms of Service — includes SMS messaging terms. Agreeing to Terms does not enroll you in SMS.

Message flow (for carrier / Twilio registration)

End users opt in on the public Create Account form at https://arches.network/signup. SMS consent is a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected and is not required to create an account or use the service. Agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy does not enroll the user in SMS. Users may also opt in after signing in at Communication Settings (https://arches.network/account/settings/communications) by entering a mobile number, checking the same consent checkbox (not pre-selected), and submitting with “Yes, sign me up for SMS.” Msg frequency: up to 4 msgs/week.
